My peer group

When I was a child my peer group was my friends at school. Over the years, my peers changed and the group grew up.
One of my friends enjoys organising most of the groups activities and I always argue that she is the leader of my peer group. Another of my friends is more passive and almost always agrees with the proposals from others.
Most of my peer group friends have studied at university and our jobs are related with our studies too. We have proper jobs and lifestyles, and usually no one is considered more valuable than the other for living on their own.
We speak often of the importance of working on what you like, as this take up much of your day.
